Brie Mondragon became of school friend of mine around my sophomore year of my undergrad career. I had her in many classes, and she was always a friendly face and a genuine smile to say hi to and do class work with. Along came my study abroad program, where our friendship took off! We spent days in Sevilla bonding over our sinus infections and candy addictions from the little bodegas across the street. Whenever I was sad, Brie would whip out memes and videos that made me laugh for days, cheering me right up. A sisterhood was truly begun 🍻
not only has Brie been a huge guiding light, friend, co-warrior — but she has taught me lifelong lessons like how to shop for grown up beauty products and how and where to get my fingerprints for required background checks.
